xerophobia When inserting user inputs in a SQL table, always use PHP function mysql_real_escape_string($userInput) It adds backslashes to dangerous characters. You may read more about it here:

xerophobia You'll obviously have to use the mail() PHP function. Have a look at it here: http://ca.php.net/manual/en/ref.mail.php You must be aware that not all free-hosting services allow you to use that function though.

xerophobia The hardest thing is this whole process is to actually insure yourself that your website is safe. People at Orkut.com use advanced PHP and CGI (mainly) algorithms. I'd suggest you to first learn basic PHP at least (considering you already know HTML and CSS)...

I've found this website, http://www.ferryhalim.com/orisinal/, that offers nice games. Those games are very beautiful and have relaxing music. I think it's a very good way to release your stress and become less tense.

The Movie 300 had very good Fight Scenes. This was one of the best fight movies so far due to the cinematography and graphics. One thing I do not understand is why they thought it was smart to fight in iron underwear. haha

xerophobia Well, the keyword, actually, is "Graphics" as you said. Yes, iron may be resistant, but it's kinda heavy. So I guess iron was a good choice to have a greater visual render for the movie.
