xuxphy I don't have coffee. Because when i have coffee, I can't fall asleep. When i am sleepy, the coffee have no use to it. And the coffee will do something bad to your health. So i don't have coffee.

i need around 8 hours per day in order to keep me energetic. Normally i will sleep from hour 2300 - 0700 daily. weekend may have extra an hour from 1400 - 1500. How about u? Do u think sleep 8 hours/day is a waste of time ?

xuxphy I also think 8 hours per day is perfect. The regular life will bring you good health. I don't have so regular sleep time. Someday more than 8 hours and someday less than 8 hours.

xuxphy I am missing my younger days. There anr about 300 people in the town where I grew up, all kids are friends. Now in the city where i am, there are 3000000 people, but i have few friends. Even living in the next door, we dont know each other.
