Do you think LOVE is a choice, or do you think it's possible to "fall" in LOVE?

I've been reading about how to have healthy and functional relationships, and i read that; healthy LOVE is a choice and that you can't just "fall" in LOVE, but you can "fall" in LUST. What do you think?

yaoyao2007 Sometimes we fall in love.Sometimes we fall in lust. Both of them are love.We can't to say which one is healthy,which one is not healthy.This is individual choice.But,the lasting love utterly don't base on lust.This is my opinion.And my choice is the one base...
