cream97 I will listen to soft gentle music, that does not have vocals or voices. I will go outside where it is quiet to. I love silence, it heals my stress better than noisy areas. Sometimes, I will take a nap, and just sleep my stress off.

williamjisir Hello friend. When I am stressed, I usually surf the Internet, go to my favorite and quiet dam to relax my stressed mood. Or I sleep without desiring to see anyone.

patchmypal I usually go on silent mode when I'm under stress. I'd be oblivious to everything around me like am in some vacuum. My friends at work would easily notice it so they would rather leave me alone which is just fine with me.

hellcowboy When I am stressed I will usually play violent video games on the X-box and slaughter all things that get in my way, especially on games such as Halo,Halo 2 and Hitman:Blood Money, because when I slaughter people it makes me feel less stressed.
