Whats best for weight loss

Is it good to loose weight if over weight, lets take to veg and shun non veg, its bestg and mind it its the only alternative for fatty people. Less the fat then you become thin!

yuvi_bhuvi hi friend there is a best way for weight loss plus for healthy life too. see i was over weight 2 months back about 13kgs but i drastically came down in 7kgs in 2months no exercise no diet i just took dxn products the schedule are every day morning before...
