I am very like the speaker , sometimex say well is sometimes more some stupid things ,how to avoid doing such srupid things alome ? And I don't want this become my big flaw,how to do?

This morning after getting most of the house cleaned up I started cleaning my cupboards. I threw a bunch of expired things in the garbage, pitched some very old cookbooks that were worn just to a frazzle...and now I am waiting for...
