does piracy has become one of the most integral parts of ones life....most of the thing we use is pirated...like songs...movies....windows xp....softwares...... DOES PRIVACY NEED A STANDSTILL?

i dont know why ciao have blocked my ip adress because whenever i log to ciao it says the page have been moved....pease tell me what i should do to get through this situation..

login problem in ciao
