To me mental peace depends upon self ego.If we can control our ego it will definitely have some impact on mental peace.An egoist person can not be happy in life. Persons who can give up ego, desires can enjoy a peacefull life.

Hi reeyan How a frusted person can have overestimation? Frustration is the result of depression which is linked with several factors like desires,failure etc .

Hi reeyan thank u 4 ur comment. but remember one thing " Failur is the success awaiting".Thomas alva Edision once said that i learned to make an elecctric bulb 999 times. Look same will be interpreated by a frustated man as Thomas alva Edision failed 999 times in making an electric bulb.It means frustation is a state of mind which could be overcome by positive thinking. keep in touch.
