Is anti-currption bill will be effective in india?

No bill/law will eliminate currption unless we stop doing it ourself....wish a currption free inida...Lets first change ourself then ask other to follow it..

Bipin2708 I am not saying that corruption is only in India but if this bill pass then also corruption will be in india
