Facebook---is it really addicting?

I've got friends who say that they can spend a whole day using FB(Facebook) without even having lunch or dinner. As some people had also told me, it is addicting enough for them to forget/miss class or to change their schedules....

Claudia47 Facebook is a great place to catch up with friends and family, so I check it at least twice a day. I imagine if you have a lot of friends and use a lot of the apps, it could be pretty absorbing. Since I have a full-time job, I don't have the time to play...
