Some people to motivate us during failures say some quotes such hardwork pays off, but i do not agree that fact because its an old saying, at present days only smart works pay off. Am i Right?

Dee Marshall I am a teacher of 8 to 11 year olds in the UK. Catering for the needs of all the students in a mixed ability class is very tough. It is very enjoyable too. I would not like any other job!
