What you suggest is illegal according to the Terms of Adsense. Anyone detected as being involved in such 'clicking rings' will lose their Adsense account.
It is also against the Terms of MyLot to advocate or promote illegal practices. |

Ubuntu is a completely different operating system. It has different code and accesses the disk and memory in its own way. It is not something that you run[i]from[/i] Windows (as you run Internet Explorer or Microsoft Word or any other Windows application. It doesn't, in other words, require Windows to run.

I, too, have been irritated by this. There is a cure, however, which works in both IE and Firefox (and also should in any other browser). You need to know how to edit your hosts file (it's just called 'hosts' with no extension and it can be found in the \windowsa\system32\drivers\etc folder. It's a text file (even though it doesn't have the '.txt' extension) and can be edited with Notepad.
