How long do you usually sleep for everyday?

Usually,my sleep time is 8 to 9 hours,it is even longer during the weekend.To me ,good sleep is one of the most important factors of a good mood.And you?

Gaily50W I sleep until I naturally wake up and its never more then 7 hrs. I have time to sleep more and would if I could but can't. From what I read on sleep yeah its good to get 8 hrs or more but how many people do. I don't think we're as physical as in the day when...
