I cant sleep, what should I do?

I am having trouble falling asleep...it is 4am where I am and I need to get up at 8 oclock...any suggestions on how I can fall asleep and be somewhat refreshed at 8?

alexiuss welll. you could try drinking a glass of warm milk. or you could try some aroma theraphy, especially with ylang ylang, because it help you sleep. You could also try sleeping music, or, if none of these work, just start reading a book or watch TV and you'll...

solarion Make your mind go blank, do not think about things that disturbs you. Set the alarm to 7.30, lie comfortably and think that you are going to rest until alarm rings. Switch off tv and you computer! When you wake up take a good long shower.

anyablue I think Daniel Craig is a believable spy - he is really creepy looking! Pierce Brosnan wasn't intimidating at all. But Sean Connery is the best.
