Do you worry about things that might happen before they happen? It is human to worry, but does it help. You may have an important doctor's appointment and can't help worrying about the outcome - would worrying change that...

Do you worry about things that might happen before they happen? It is human to worry, but does it help. You may have an important doctor's appointment and can't help worrying about the outcome - would worrying change that...

Judy Evans Plans can be helpful. It's hard not to worry sometimes. For some things, it helps me to say 'This time tomorrow/next week' it will all be over. But you're right. Worrying doesn't help.

MARILYN I do tend to worry about things I have control over {bad weather being one of them} I try to be prepared just in case but half the time I worry for nothing.
