Good morning mylotters, What did you have for breakfast this morning? Mine was pretty carb loaded but good. I had a bowl of frosted flakes with half a banana,3oz of pomegrante juice, (good for bp) and one bite of a sweet roll. What did your breakfast consist of? Did you enjoy it?

I'm not a natural redhead but I sometimes dye my hair an auburn color. I do have red in my natural hair though, I have had my picture taken with lights on it and it looks red in photos. MY grandmother had auburn hair, my uncle has a red beard and my cousin had redblonde hair when he was younger. I used to date a guy who'se hair was like mine dark with red glints in it.

I like to walk but only when the weather is cool enough. It has been very hot here being as we are still in July, and I would not want to walk unless I went out early in the morning, and I usually dont get up too early. I will walk when the weather cools off a bit and swimming is no longer an option for me. Swimming is what I do now.

You really need evaluate your space and your time and decide what would work best for you. If you are in an apartment dogs are not usually the best for that type situation as they may bark and disturb the neighbors. They aslo like to have room to run and play. If you have a house or a bigger space a dog is OK. Dogs need someone with time to train them, and to spend time with them. Cats are more...

I like to laugh that's why i sometimes end my day with the late night comics just so I can get a laugh for the day. I think laughing is a stress reducer that helps everyone's day get better. I like to laugh alittle bit everyday. Laughter is the best medicinine, to quote the readers digest.

We have a beautiful lake here. I live very close to it and it is really fun to play on and have fun in. I may move from this area sometime and will have to leave this behind, but I hope that someday if I move I will be able to have a summer house down here. It would be my great hope, because I do really enjoy it at times.
