Voice altering phone...

Our new phone has a voice altering feature on it. We can make our voice really deep, really high (think chipmunks) or cartoon-ey. My question is...what would be the purpose of this besides 1) illegal activity of some sort...or...

Karen_S Woops, I just noticed a typo -- it is supposed to be "phone-stalked", not "pone-stalked". My brain seems to have had a hiccup :) Thank you again so very much! Karen
