Does anyone know how to complain the service of hotmail? It had been normal for a few months. And now the same problem has shown again. I really want to change my email address now, however, if I do so, I have to inform all of the persons on the list. I don't like to do that at all.

I have never felt that the currency rate is several days out date.It should be the currency rate on time, shouldn't it? The problem is there are extra administration fees when you make a currency conversion. The administration fees are calculated by the percent of the amount. I am not sure if the percent is the same or different for these two situations.

In Belgium, the living fee for a single person is about 700 euro/month. while the living fee for a family is about 1000 euro/ month. It depends on the whole income of a family. I think it is enough to live a decent life, though they might don't own their own house or car. At least, they should be no problem to rent a room and buy food.
