 I don't think boxing has been replaced by any means. I love both boxing and the UFC, but I still enjoy boxing more. In boxing, speed kills. The UFC is more of a strategy, but you do sometimes see the all out slugfests. Boxers such as Manny Pacquiao, Floyd Mayweather, Shane Mosley and Jermaine Taylor make the sport what it is today. You are correct, it would be two days rest. Game 5 is tonight, Game 6 is on Wednesday and Game 7 would be on Thursday, I'm pretty sure. Would you trust a Joe Blanton in a Game 7??? I would much rather see if Cliff Lee could do it himself on just two days rest, rather than Joe Blanton regardless of how much rest he has had. |

I do like the Nuggets chances this year, it just could be a long shot with all the stacked teams we have in the NBA this year (Lakers, Celtics). I guess we will just have to wait and see! |
