Sighco I agree, they're both awesome bands but they're very different musically (though I do tend to prefer Maiden, especially to Metallica's newer stuff).

Sighco I love Iron Maiden, their music is indescribable. My favorite songs of theirs are Powerslave, The Trooper, and Run To The Hills.

Sighco Hell yea! Machine Head completely deserves those awards. I'm sick of these emo kids running around crying about everything. It seems they're everywhere I look these days but, as always, Metal will prevail! XD

Sighco I personally despise Emo music, its all together too sad and depressing and it certainly affects the mood of whoever listens to it. Why people like it is totally beyond me.

Many bands are born today. Different kinds of genres but still it's a music. Music that can make our head bangin' everytime we hear it. Made us cry everytime it touches our soul.

Sighco Well, it really differs from person to person, but there certainly are some genres with more fans than others. Based on people from my high school, rap and pop seem to be the dominant genres (how unfortunate, eh? XD).

Sighco I listen to some. I would have to say my favorites are Dir en Grey, Vidoll, and Dual Jewel. I got to see Vidoll and Dual Jewel in concert so that was pretty cool XD

Sighco I like most types of music but, I would have to say 80s metal (i.e. Iron Maiden) is my all time favorite.
