swimming is an excellent for of exersize because it is aerobic and good for your lungs, water resistance builds muscle and there is no gravity to impact on bones and joints.

I don't like Christmas at all. It's a lot of expense, wrapping and tinsel make a mess, Christmas songs are depressing, its too hot to cook a roast in Australia on Christmas day, all the family is together and there is usually some kind of family blow up!
