Yes, a good diet can combat any illness and thats what i dont have. My diet is salty and full of junk foods and I just hope I can make the shift and then be able to make it as a lifestyle coz I know if i can make it I will have a healthy body and coupled with exercise, i dont exercise regularly and may be this could men something.

Sometimes when we are careful there comes a time that iillness really hit us bulls eye and thats what I have learned from experiences and when I have my period almost always my immune system is always not thats trong.
