They say that when we give to others, we receive 10 folds of it in return. All the books I read about becoming a millionaire, how to improve cash flows, how to improve one's financial status, say that from the profits that made from it, we should set aside ten percent of it to give out to charities. I give to our church's contruction but it is not 10%. How about you? Do you practice the 10% thing?

If if is not in the company policy, then the employee should not be fired. If it is noted, black and white, in the company policy and the policy says dismissal when caught chatting or doing personal things during work hours, then that is fair.
