goldbiz a scam?

Dear all, Who knows about goldbizs? they pay $ 5 for viewing web page, $ 2 for PTC. Its huge if not a scam. IS it scam? Is there any one who can refer me and i can join under him/her...........?

ajaycool23 hi according to the goldbizs.com free members wont get paid. need to upgrade. iam an upgraded member in goldbizs.com... still waiting for my payment in goldbizs. they told me that your payment is processing and you will receive it as soon as possible.
