Rishabh Kataria I personally prefer diet as in today's fast lifestyle I rarely get time for exercise.

Rishabh Kataria Well eating healthy food on regular intervals i.e. almost after every 2 hours, with minimum intake of sugar (only in tea) and finally no salt after 9 PM helps me reduce weight. I reduced approx 6 Kg's in a month... :D
