well, i like to change my eating habits since i ate any food that it tastes so good and most of is is sweets and fatty foods.i am eating those food in the fast food chain since i am also busy working i seldom to cook my food i just pay to order.i want to eat many veggies as much as possible so that i am healthy inside out.happy mylotting.[em]happy[/em]
