milott Yes, you can make an online purchase on paypal with unverified account but there is a limit of around $100 for you to do so. So, the best way to utilize paypal is to verify it using adding a credit card.

PsychoDude You can find that sort of details on the paypal site, they tend to change every now and then. But I believe you could spend 750$ on an unverified account in total with a limit per transfer I believe.
