A nice easy and cheap receipe that me and my housemate often do is chicken baked in BQ sauce. Buy chicken fillets - enough for one per person (this would also work with diced chicken etc.) and a jar of BBQ marinade sauce. Place chicken fillets in a baking tray and pour sauce over the top.
