belinda8730 Do some exercises and will have better body which will let you forget to smoke step by step. It is a useful way for me and my family. If you do not like it, you may try to eat something instead when you want to smoke.

belinda8730 I love to make cakes myself, especially make cakes in micro-wave which is the most simple way to make cake. To make delicious cakes you need to have some skills and experience which requires you to cook many times and repeat again and again.

belinda8730 Yes, i do use my mobile for browsing, but just sometimes. I prefer to use computer instead due to the mobile small screen which made my eyes not comfortable. But it is really convinient in our life, especially when you are on travel.

belinda8730 I think vegetables are good for your health and i have some vegetables every meal. I love tomatoes very much and i do eat it everyday. Sometimes i just eat the fresh one, sometimes i cook it, sometimes i put it into some other food for good taste.
