Choosing evil has nothing to do with whether you believe in God or not. Choosing evil is done simply because those who choose do not understand the consequences of evil for all.Lessons will follow. God did create the possible selection of evil. How can you have day without night?? How can you learn what are good choices and bad choices without all the choices possible.

If it's from lack of exercise during the day, I exercise. If not, I drink warm milk. If that doesn't help, I play some white or pink noise. You can even get rain falling noise. Yes, sound can make you sleepy. Watch what you eat during the day. Caffeine or too much salt can keep you awake for hours.

Are we kind of feeling like ANTS??? Man does not have that knowledge yet just like man can not cure cancer yet. Quantum physics suggests many dimensions and possible universes. I'm afraid things are even bigger than most can imagine. Man will search and discover. There is more of everything that we don't know than we do. No street lights???? I guess you will have to wait for the full moon and a clear night. Those lizards are just as afraid of you as you are of them. They are cold blooded so go on a cold night and they can't move very fast.
