A small amount of the red is good for you. What they don't tell you is the stuff that makes red wine good for you is also in grapes. Drink grape juice. Darker the grapes the better for you. Throw that in with the green tea, oatmeal, and yes, fish oil. I wonder what they will come up with next. I'm running out of money to pay for all this stuff that's supposed to help me live to be 100.

There is nothing better than sleeping late on a dark rainy morning. Ah, but I can't let a little rain stop me from getting out and interacting with this great big beautiful world!!!! WOW!! this is GREAT!! Everyone is more important to those around us than we realize. This is a good thing to do. I am going to have a few moments when I say oops!!!! because sometimes feelings can make one forget to think first. Like you said. Practice makes perfect. Things are getting better. Thanks!

If you have proof of the loan, you can claim it against your friend's estate. If you have no proof or if your friend's estate is worthless, I would just forget about it.

I like your answer JnmBrown. The very best things in life are free. I know a man who never won anything in his life. He went gambling and hit the jackpot. He was so happy that he kept gambling and kept gambling until he lost everything he had. Sometimes money can get a person in a lot of trouble.

Selfless, huh? Everything you do in life comes back to you in time. When we are selfless, the good stuff always returns. As far as attachment goes, perhaps you should say attachments to the physical should be released. Our spiritual attachments will never be broken.
