Is there a best medicine for Cold (Running Nose :)

Is there a best medicine for running nose (Cold), how do you avoid it.. give the response by your own experience.. How long will it take to be normal once its affected for you :), according to me there is no best medicine so far.....

bluecalling_06 the best way to prevent it is to drink a lot of water, take your vitamin c for protection and wash your hands as frequently as possible. :-)
