How do you feel about eating alone in restaurants?

I personally don't mind it, but I fell like certain restaurants don't encourage it. For example they only have big tables or they say single people can only sit at the counter. Do you guys find that?

brookiegirl I don't mind eating alone or doing things alone. I'm a loner and i do sometimes prefer to be alone. And when i go out to eat alone they will usually ask if i'd mind sitting at the counter if not then they have booths for two people that i would prefer to sit...
