Rick1950 First of all, why should we change another person? Perhaps you can do it when people is still a child, if you are the parent or the school teacher. But I think that rather we should try to change ourselves in order to become better.

Hope Bananas are good but so are all other fruits. Eat lots of them everyday. It is good for us. Don't forget to eat greens like celery and romaine lettuce.
