I was surprised to learn that my soon to be daughter in laws mother uses dial up on her pc. I remember when I started using a computer that was all that was available and it was such a pain. It's a strange program and I would never volunteer for any amount of money. They have 8 people in their own tiny octagon shaped room. They seldom feed them and only let them sleep a small amount of time at a time. There is a computerized voice that tells them different things that they have to do and they are all outrageous! Right now they have to put 20 body clamps all over their body and stay...

I don't know how it happened but I never get pop ups any more. I think it has a lot to do with sites that we visit.

If I came off sounding rude I didn't mean to. My Mom was 82 when she passed away and she had some awesome clothing. Some of which I have and wear once in awhile. All I meant to say was that the clothes they are showing for this occasion aren't with the times and I am. I apologize for the way it came out.

My daughter mentioned Debs to me and we're going to start there. Then I have a list of other places I want to look. My daughter and I are going to make a day of it next week and I"m looking forward to that.

I also noticed that most of the tasks are sign ups. I think it's a way for people to get referrals.

My daughter in laws mother lives in Maine...if you know where that is...also in the "boonies" and she has dial up. She always complains that it takes so long to do anything!

I know someone in Maine who can't get highspeed because of the same reason. NO power lines. She hates it.

I have just about as many apps on myspace. For awhile I was addicted to Texas Hold 'Em but because of pc problems I haven't played in weeks. I love being able to make slide shows and videos for our pages there too!
