Mine is shark fin soup. However I don't eat this anymore because of environmental concerns.

d19870119 I come from china,chengdu in Sichuan province.This is a gourmet city.Hot pot is my favorite.Sichuan cuisine is a big one.I am relatively poor English.many dishes Name can't be tanslated by me.If I have a free time,I will upload some pictures to you
