Do you have the habit of taking a nap at noon?

I had a nap just now. I feel quitely refreshed ,more energetic and can focus more attention on my work. Nap is definitely beneficial to our health. Do you have the habit of taking a map at noon?

dellaa i take a nap at noon every day even at weekends .lol if i dont take it ,i will feel spaced out ,and dont have energy to do anything .
