As you know, if you're paying attention, I skipped the health report for Sunday because I went out with the over-50 small-group to Pizza Ranch. I know I was off the charts at least for sodium. I'm sure for everything else too...

Late lunch

Things have been hectic at my workplace so I had a late lunch at 4pm. On top of that the electricity went off in the middle and we had to wait till it was back. I am finally finished with lunch and now I am feeling a bit drowsy....
