Thats an easy one. Before even considering babysitting for someone, you should tell them that you will only babysit for certain hours (normally for 2 hours or so) and if more than that, you will want to ask for additional charge like maybe $10 for every subsequent hour that they are late.

As far as I know, you cannot delete discussions at all. It seems that all the discussions are here to stay. If you notice, some discussions are as old as one year. However, you can try and use the 'contact us' to ask them to delete your discussion but I doubt it if Mylot admin would comply to your request.
