I know this is probable a topic that has been brought up before, and all the studies suggest that we need atleast 8 hours of sleep a day. Personally, 4 hours is good for me. I like to sleep on the corner of my pillow. I don't like it around my face because it tends to block the my breathing. I always think that my pillow is too big and a waste since all I use is the corner. I also do not like to use any other pillow but mine. When we go on trips, I take mine with me. Hello Lejandro,I am a woman and just curious. Why would a man want to have sex with a hole that is a waste dump? I am not knocking your desire, just want to know. Thank you for responding, I always hear that we need 8 hours, but I just can't imagine getting that much sleep. Now a days most of us are quite busy and finding the time to get things done is hard enough, let alone 8 hours of sleep. Thanks for your response, and AMAZING. I don't think I could run on just 2 hours of sleep a night. I am sure I would pass out at some point. When I get less then 4 or 5, I feel very tired and can't wait to go to bed. I still only seem to be able to sleep 4 hours though. Thanks again, Gangus2
