I don't drink beer cause it causes belly fats but my husband does occasionally when he's watching a good sport on tv. I usually see him eating pistachio nuts with his beer, or some mexican chips.

Flu shots are created from fermented chicken eggs. They showed it on The Doctors show a couple of weeks ago. All kinds of cheese is not good for our body. They all taste good but it's the culprit of bad health in disguise. Also, cheese and all other dairy products causes breast cancer because they have pytho-estrogens. Please stay away from it. Take care.

My favorite food is spaghetti with meat or marinara sauce without cheese. I only eat it like once a month though. Thanks you made me crave for it now.

I love fish as long as their bones don't stick between my teeth. lol My favorite is baked salmon with squeezed lemon. Most fish recipes are very easy to prepare but I don't eat fist everyday like you do so I'm not worried about it. I eat fish maybe about 2-3x a month. Happy fish eating:)

It's none of his freaking business. Why did he have to do that? What did your husband say to him? That would make me mad>:( I have a good relationship with my in-laws but I don't want to get too close with them. I limit myself with my communication with them cause sometimes when you get too close with your loved ones family somehow something goes wrong. People get too comfortable... enough ...

I usually find it hard to sleep at daytime unless i'm bored and have nothing to do. This usually happen an hour after lunch. At night I can't sleep til it's almost midnight. I just think that i find it hard to sleep unless my eyes are really, really tired.

My first love broke my heart so I'd rather forget about him. He's a total jerk. First love doesn't necessarily mean true love so I've moved on and he's like a 100 yrs ago to me already.
