Sometimes we cannot predict whether we have a bad day or not if this will happen what would you do? For me i just stay in my room and sleep and when i woke up i feel better.  Good day! i'm 24 and i look younger than my age, actually i don't put anything else in my face but only fresh water from the faucet.
