Does one dollar ptc pays?????

I am very confused with this site. Some would say that they have been paid by one dollar ptc while some say that they were scammed. Has anyone ever paid with this site? Or is it just another scam?

iyaadh12 One dollarptc does not pay and it is a scam ... i have tried it my self and ended up with nothing. The site status displays that i am paid US$10440 by paypal and either i haven't received any mail notifications nor any funds to my paypal account.
