Is it safe for over 30 people to share 1 bar of soap?

I work in an assisted living home where 30+ people share 1 bar of soap. I am trying to stop this because I feel it is unhealthy and just nasty. Does anyone know where i can find some info or proof that it is not safe? Thanks

jenniferlucas The worst part about all of this is they get all new soap donated, several hundred bars a year. Thanks

jenniferlucas I checked webmd.com and can't find that soap sharing isn't safe. But there are so many situitions that I can think of. Also there are many diseases of the skin that are transferable.

jenniferlucas Great idea, I love that show. I wish I knew somewhere that would test soap.

New Ideas for Lunches

OK here is the thing. My husband works i stay at home, I make his lunches...but he is sick and tired of sandwiches...he doesn't like the meat or the bread i have tried different types of bread and differnt types of meat, he loves...

jenniferlucas Invest in a thermos, you can then cook soup in the morning. Also it could be filled with burritos, spaghetti, mashed potatoes. The possibilities are endless. I do this with my husband, many times he eats last nights leftovers. Best of luck
