Yes, I think it's a bit weird, but I really can sleep comfortably without a blanket on. It's literally a securuty balnket. It makes me warm and cozy and I feel so secure when my blanket it on. I like to travel a lot by train. I really hate traffic, and the headache I receive when I ride a bus or Jeepneys here in the Philippines. Trains make travelling time much faster. For example a 25 minute ride on a train to my destination is equivalent to about 1 and a half hour of travel by Jeepney or bus. And if it's a night journey, I would prefer to rent cab.

I resist tempatations by "dropping the idea" trying to resist will only let you fight the tempation more. When tempation comes and the urge comes, try to distract yourself with other ideas. Juts let the tempation idea go, and think of another topic, that way, your mind will focus on that other topic and the tempation will go away.
