IS virtual bux a scam??

I have recently joined a site virtualbux..Its a ptc site that pays 1 cent per click.it has about 15 clicks per day.minimum payout is $4.I was wondering where this site is legit or not.I don't want to waste my time over a scam.Help...

kewje007 Hey, we're changing server, if it goes to the old server it will auto redirect you to the new servers IP address (http://205.251.130.177)

kewje007 PS: The 0.01 clicks are legit, we will pay all who make it to $4, even before Febuary. Most of the sites there are mine.
