mcola245 I cut coupons and watch sales. I have a huge stockpile, but we never run out of things we need or want. I have a budget too, but this works for me.

In what circustances you get depressed. What do you do to overcome that.

mcola245 I get depressed when I here a song or smell something that reminds me of my ex. I also get depressed when I think I will never be happy again. Then when I get depressed I eat and then that adds to my depression of never losing weight.
