Has anyone been paid by charm mail?

I have been using charm mail for a while now. It won't pay me until I hit $250,000 and I am at 5 thousand now. Has anyone actually recieved payment from them??

mmkanal my friend has done lot of PTR AND CLICKING OF ADS ON THIS WEB SITE 'charm-mail.com She reached the target payout last june 2008 and when she logged in as a FREE MEMBER the payout amount was debited but till today ie JUNE 2009 she has not received her...
