goto www dot paypal dot com and sign up for personal account. it asks for an email address for validation. that email address you have entered will be your paypal email. there is no such @paypal rather you will use @yahoo, @hotmail and others.

I am paying a quarter for each referral. I can earn referral clicks from them for 30 days and i will renew those rented referrals who are active. It is very much better to have dorect referrals because you can earn from their clicks without paying the site. In my case since I do not have direct referrals, i am just renting.
