Any idea to train Jack Russel

I have just bought a Jack Russel, but he is so naughty & like to play a lot. At night, he bark a lot. Very confusing....

moon2000 Thanks for your comments. Anyways, the way of your advice i have try, but at last he is very active, he want to play a lot. That is made me trouble coz it influence my neighbor complaint.....
