First of all relax, don't get frustrated just because you don't learn fast enough!

Yes, when I was going to college, I had trouble, because I had to 'force' myself to get in the mood to study, because if I didn't, I couldn't concentrate!
And I am the same way with playing chess, I have to concentrate really hard, and I cannot have any thing else on my mind!
